Absolute best realtors around, cannot say enough great things about the Teiberts! We bought our first home in the summer of 2023. We really didn’t know exactly what we were looking for or how to begin, and thankfully Michael guided us every step of the way. He is extremely communicative, always answers and responds promptly and effectively. He was able to point out issues with potential homes that would be totally unnoticeable to the untrained eye, but could’ve cost us a lot down the line. In the end, he negotiated the buying of our home beautifully- we got a much lower interest rate than what was standard at that time, and we even made money back at the sale! We were looking to buy very quickly and Michael had us in our contract in a week. He updated us all throughout the buying process, broke things down plainly for us with the lawyers when it came to the contract, even helped us after the sale with adjusting to taxes in a new city. The cherry on top was the very thoughtful welcome basket made by Sarah that we received at our move in, filled with very considerate new home gifts and even a sweet stuffy for our baby! The personal touches and all the communication really mean everything in this highly personal process of buying your own home. It also helps that both realtors were born and raised in the area so they could give very accurate and helpful insight for a young family new to the area!! Again, can’t say enough great things. I’ve used Michael the last 2 times I’ve needed a realtor. I can say that in the future, I would never use anyone else. When we sold our home in Foxbank Plantation, I was very impressed with how thorough he was. He was the most focused, detail oriented realtor I ever had represent me. Even after we received a full price offer, he was so level headed that he didn’t just write it off as “Mission Accomplished”, but allowed time to entertain other offers, which prompted the buyers to send another offer higher than the asking price. I was so impressed with his knowledge base, meticulous attention to detail and his professionalism. A couple of years later, when I lost my parents within 6 weeks of each other, I needed a realtor to sell my parent’s house. It was in really bad shape and I didn’t expect it to sell very quickly, but when I called Michael, he met with me and had done extensive research and was familiar with probate proceedings and had a game plan already in place. Not only did it sell quickly, but for more than I expected. Even after the closing was completed, Michael has called me a few times to check on how I was doing. At one point prior to the probate closing of my parents’ estate, I needed some documentation and Michael responded with what I needed within an hour of speaking to him. The closing had long been completed, but that’s just an example of how thorough and helpful he is. Michael is one of the most honest, decent, respectable and ethical people I know and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good, dedicated realtor who puts his clients first.
